Description

Int’l shipping company is seeking an Operation clerk.

Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of cargo/container moves from origin to destination.
Obtaining shipping rates with schedules.
Verifying incoming and outgoing schedules.
Tracking shipments and updating arrival information to clients.
Processing docuemnt for customs clerance purposes.
Reviewing and entering shipping data in company's systems.
Processing billing procedures.
Assist other staff.
Answering incoming calls in pleasant and professional manner.

Requirement:
With min 1 year Import/Export experience.
Excellent phone, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Professional and positive attitude, customer service oriented.
Bilingual includes Mandarin and English.
Computer skill is required.
Must be a detail oriented, multitasking, and quick learning.
