Large well-lit renovated studio (approximately 630 sq') with a huge partially-covered deck overlooking the tree-lined backyard in in the Silver Lake hills above Glendale Blvd (near Ralphs, Sav-On, Gingergrass). Quiet, private, and secure. Three minutes from the 2 and five minutes from the 5 (Fletcher entrance). 10 minutes from downtown, 15 from Hollywood.

One large room with small separate kitchen and large attached bathroom. Full-sized bed (Sealy), wood-burning and gas fireplace, berber carpet and hardwood floors, two sets of sliding doors leading onto the deck and a side entry door (all with wrought iron security gates, and all doors and windows alarmed). Tiled stall shower and low-profile toilet and lots of cabinet space and softened water in the bathroom. Pass-through with bartop from the functional kitchen to the main room. Deck is partially covered.

Heat and A/C, high-speed WiFi cable Internet, cable TV, and stereo.

No shoes, no smoke, no pets please.

This unit is a full-time sublet (so empty cabinets, etc. except for kitchen stuff, linens, toiletries and such).

Volkswagen convertible available for exclusive use by arrangement during stay.
