Hi There!!

I am renting a one bedroom plus one bathroom in my amazing and cozy house. House is located on a tree lined residential street. Very safe neighborhood with lots of families. I am a 28 year old female with a small dog named Scooby (sorry no additional pets allowed). I live very peacefully and expect someone that is peaceful and drama free as well! The house is convinently located near the 405 and 170. It is a 10 min drive to Valley college and 15 mn drive to CSUN. There is street parking as well as a drive-way, but it is tandem parking in the drive way. The rent is $650 plus utilities. There is laundry on site as well as an amazing backyard that has fruit trees! There is also a guest house in the back which is currently being rented. The total move in is $1300. The room will be available on September 30th possibly sooner. So I would like to start interviewing people this week.



I do wish to have another female roommate, but I am not opposed to renting to a male. Prefer someone close to my age. Non-smoker, Non Drug User, and someone that is somewhat tidy. I would also like some references as well and would need to verify that your are employed and able to pay the rent timely.
