Security Deposit only $200!!

I'm renting out a 1br./1ba. in a 1500 sq.ft house that is located in a very clean, quiet, and safe community! A little about me - I'm (heterosexual male), an Actor and yes a real actor. I have been on TV, and in several national commercials. I'm fun, down to earth and from the South (Arkansas) - very well mannered. Males or Females are welcome and it would be nice if we shared the same type of entertainment background, but not required. I'm looking for a non-smoker (inside of course), clean, honest, reliable and no pets!

The home is close to the 210 and 5 freeways and LA Mission College (students welcome by the way), it's only about 15-20 mins. away form North Hollywood and Studio City. You will have full use of the home which includes - new fridge, new washer & dryer, carpet that is only about a year old, fireplace, covered deck area, and huge living room - dining room.

Required: $200 security deposit, $25 background check fee (this is just to make sure your sane, I'm not to concerned about your credit), and Month-To-Month lease (just give me a 30 day verbal notice before moving out).
