Looking to fill 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. The room is available now, has personal full bath and is $725/mo. House is on a quiet, small side-street off Lake Ave, close to buses and Gold Line and 10 minute drive to Old Town. Remodeled last July; floors, paint, kitchen and laundry appliances, and half the house are new since then.<br><br>

A lot of common areas/space: large living room, dining room, pantry room with a pass through to the kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard has a covered seating area for entertaining or lounging. There is a covered front porch, a covered side-porch with table and chairs, a little bit of storage space available, and wood floors throughout.<br><br>

Our ages range from 19 to 26 and most are students at Art Center and PCC. There are currently 3 female and 1 male roommates.<br><br>

House does not feel crowded with 5 people, we often go days without seeing each other due to school and work schedules.<br><br>

Ideally situated for local students. We are a 10 min drive to PCC, Art Center, Cal Tech, Fuller Seminary, and California School of Culinary Arts. Room not limited to students though, all applicants will be considered.<br><br>

Off-street parking in driveway for 1 car included for each room. Utilities usually run anywhere between $30 - $50 each every month, and we split the WiFi internet cost at $8/month each (estimates based on 5 person occupancy). <br><br>
