I have a room available immediately in my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment home in the North Hollywood area.
It is conveniently located near hwys 134, 101 and 5. It is within walking distance to Tujungha Park. The cross streets are Lankershim and Magnolia.

I am looking for a clean, considerate, financially responsible individual, prefer a male (with a steady source of reliable income). I would prefer a "mature" minded person who is quiet, easy to get along with (low key, no drama, positive attitude, etc..).

You would be responsible for half the rent ($620) have your own room and 1/2 bath, and share the cost of utilities (cable etc..). The room has a tv, mattress and file cabinet for your use or you can bring your own furniture. There is wireless internet (through Time Warner) already set up.

You must be DRUG FREE and SOBER. I prefer a permanent, long term situation but will also consider others. Sorry, I love pets but the building does not accept any.
