44 year old native wants an enjoyable roommate arrangement to come home to; clean, neat, funny, considerate, engaging and independent. Light and space would be nice, old or new is okay too.

I'd stay here longer but after 11 years and I'm still reminding him to unplug the toilet, or clean the seat, or turn down the TV, or stop belching, or eating with his mouth open or using profanity, or fearing 70 watt bulbs or the coffee pot will catch fire... It's time.

I'm seeking higher ground.
