1 room in the 2bdr apartment on 10354 Wilshire Blvd ave, I need someone to fill in, the room is big and spacious, has a mattress and clothing cabinet with a chair, and huge closet. My roommate is a hollywood movie producer Bob Debrino, he has produced a movie such a "Find me Guilty " with Vin Diesel, he also knows many famous actors and important people. So if you are looking for a career in the Movie industry, he is the man to talk to. He is a little bit unorganized, and forgets to clean up after himself hehe, but if you help him do that, you will get on his good side and he will introduce you to some very famous people.
okay more about neighborhood, it is located between UCLA and LA country club, 10 min bus ride to a UCLA and 15-20 min to a Santa Monica Pier(beach),Beverly Hills is just few blocks away so is the Rodeo Drive.
The neighborhood is extremely safe and clean.
The reason I have to move out is because I got a job in the oil/gas industry and have to travel overseas.
