Looking for a housemate to move in October 1st or sooner. Rent is $775 with a deposit of the same amount. Utilities usually run about $60 per person, per month for dwp, gas, and internet.

It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home that sits up off the street. Nice sized living room and dining area. Kitchen has newer appliances. Washer and dryer available for your use. There is a little yard with a lemon tree that is nice to relax in. The open bedroom is the bigger of the two bedrooms and has a medium sized closet within. There is also plenty of storage space throughout the house, including a garage at street level. There is also room for furniture if you have some.

I am looking for someone that is on the more quiet, mellow side. Please, no drugs and no drama. Someone who is responsible, clean, and timely with bills. If you have a green thumb, that would be nice as we have a nice little garden happening right now. I would like for someone who is vegetarian-friendly as well, as I am a vegan. Being eco-friendly would also be a plus.

I have a small cat. If you have a small pet as well, we could discuss that.
