We 're l ooking for one more person to rent a room, other housemates are Olga, a female journalism student, Nicki and Joanna, two architecture students, a young music student called Elijah, an italian engineering student called Giacomo and Dennis, a film student in his last year, they all attend USC. It's a very laid back atmosphere, we're students and artists


The landlord, Jan, is a local musician that lives and works in his soundproof music recording studio ( http://www.soundaddictionstudios.net/ ) in the back of the house when he's not surfing or kitesurfing. He also teaches guitar at http://www.brightstarschools.org/ , a school for underprivilged kids.


House has a big living room, 4 bright bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large attic with a private, awesome balcony and a big kitchen with two fridges and a dishwasher. There's a shed outside with a washer and dryer, and wireless internet in the house. A gardener and a housekeeper come by every week. All rooms have AC.

Room rents for $800 month, $800 deposit. $950 if rented by two people ($950 deposit).
