Grocery Store 4 blocks away, great cafe and resteraunt 2 blocks away, quiet neighborhood. I would like to rent to an exchange student/student at college level or above, but not exclusively. Any respectful, mature, non partying person will do. No first and last required but there will be a $375.00 security deposit which could be split up.
