Hi, I am looking for a new roomate asap...for the month of September! Long Term is not needed...but a september move in date is preferred!!!! I live in a 2 bedroom, one bath. It's a great place and a block from th beach. Must be responsible, stable job, able to pay rent on time. No Smoking, No Drugs, No pets! $700 deposit and first months rent due upon move-in. Privacy is a must!!! I would like to have someone who is easy to get along with an fun to talk to. Someone who is responsible, mature, clean, and no drama.
