This is a great, huge house (a mansion?) We have a 1/2 acre lot w/ lots of gardening space, which is good because I'm a rabid organic gardener! We have 4 avacado & 9 orange trees, 2 lemon trees, 2 necterine, 2 peach, a Granny Smith apple, a kumquat, a Sapote, a plum & some others I can't think of; 27 fruit trees. We'll be planting more later. We also have a 1400 sq ft butterfly/humming bird garden & approximately 60 rose bushes. There is a 23x25 ft patio w/ a pavilion on one end for shade. We have a gas BBQ & a wood burning firepit. Everything in the common area is yours for the using, as long as it's taken care of.
The room that is available right now is the best in the house. It's 16'x15', w/ a private bath, step in closet & access to the 55' ft, semi-private balcony. Only one other room uses the balcony. We each share in the utilities. We have virtually no electric bill (as long as every one keeps usage reasonable) because we have a 5K photovoltic system on the roof. If you're not part of the solution.... you're part of the problem!
