My name is Kristina. I am a 32 year old professional with a room & private bathroom for rent in a beautiful condo located in Encino, Ca. The location is GREAT! The building is tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac, and is walking distance from Trader Joe's and Encino Park, Golf & Tennis Courts. The condo is NYC Loft style with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, central heat & AC, dishwasher, garage parking (not tandem) a fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen living room & dining room. The Bedroom is beautiful, painted in a pretty lavender color with white crown moulding and white berber carpet. It has a sliding glass door leading out to a bohemian style furnished balcony. The room has a private bathroom with a full shower and tub. The rent is $900 with utilities included. Deposit is $500. I am looking for someone who is a professional or dedicated student. I am responsible, hardworking, friendly and clean! I throw the occassional dinner party for close friends, and treat home like a sanctuary (i.e., no loud parties & craziness)!
