I need a roommate to help with rent for a large 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Share of rent will be only $500 a month, due at the 1st-3rd of each month, and because it is the end of the month, $500 will be required upon move-in which will cover next month. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED!Electric will be shared and at most will be around $50. No other bills will be shared. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, and large fridge and freezer ready for use. It's internet and cable ready, but keep in mind that you will share half of any extra amenities you choose to add. It's in a great area within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and the Topanga mall. The apartments have an on-grounds swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry facilities, and reserved parking. The complex is gated and has a night security guard that patrols inside the complex. Pets are OK but there is a deposit fee of $300 per animal and a monthly pet rent. (standard policy for the complex)I need someone to move in by Monday or Tuesday 9/28-9/29.
