hello, i am looking for a room to rent that is at least 12x13 w/ sizeable closet, in a room. not a loft, not a living room, but an actual room with a door. i work downtown l.a. and my hours were greatly reduced. if you offer free utilities that would be great, for i can't afford to contribute to a myriad of utilities that i won't use, except for internet. i am also unable to pay a deposit of no more than $200. do not have a car so i need to be in the city. not burbank, glendale or pasadena. i am a 31 yr old, college educated guy, that mostly stays to himself. i have a funny personality and like to go out, but not often b/c it is expensive, but when i come home i like it to be somewhat quiet. i won't have a slew of friends coming over b/c i don't know that many ppl. i do not smoke, do drugs and rarely drink, and i would hope that you don't either. and if you have guests over, please have the decency to let me know b/c i don't like walking into my place and seeing unfamiliar faces milling about as if they pay rent there. i would prefer a male roommate, but i'm not really in a position to deny anyone. just be marginally clean and neat. thank you.
