Hello, I’m renting a room in my house for $600 a month with utilities included. The unfurnished room is in a quiet neighborhood in Arleta just minutes from the 5, 170, 118, and 405 freeways. It is ideal for a csun student or a sober adult. I would prefer a gay male or female but everyone is welcome to apply. Access to all the house amenities, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, wireless internet & cable tv. There are three male gay roommates with whom the facilities would be shared.
