Beyond Reality Cosmetics is looking for a Sales Associate for their KINGZ brand. KINGZ is a professional product line for men. KINGZ is a product used and sold by professional barbers and salons.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Associates are responsible for all sales, ordering and distribution within their assigned regional territories. Sales Associates are responsible for maintaining and obtaining new clients within such territories. Sales Associates must be able to work independently, demonstrating an impeccable work ethnic.



REQUIREMENTS:

All applicants must have some sales or outside sales experience. Degrees Preferred (Not Required). All associates must be professional in character and appearance. Applicants must be able to meet and maintain all company sale goals and expectations.



SALARY:

Since Sales Associates aren’t hourly employees, salaries within the 4 week probationary period varies begins at $500 wk and up for weeks 1-2. Beginning salaries for 3-4 week probationary Sales Associates starts at $700 wk.

All Sales Associates will be paid as independent contractors (1099 tax status), therefore taxes aren’t withheld by Beyond Reality.
