If you are a Retail or Restaurant District Manager with Multi-Unit Management experience and an Automotive background, please read on!


What you need for this position:


- Multi-Unit experience: this position will manage 6-8 locations. Must have experience managing at least 5 locations and approximately 60 employees.

- Must have Automotive background - for this position, you must know how to change your own oil, brake pads, and understand the basics of how a car runs.

- Automotive Repair/Maintenance Industry is preferred but Retail and Restaurant will be considered.


What you'll be doing:


- Fast-Track Training program: work your way up the ranks in just a few weeks, manage a store in just a few months, then take on additional stores.

- Complete responsibility for your stores including hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, operations, budgeting, etc.
