We are looking for independent leasing or real estate agents/brokers interested in showing our properties to their clients who are interested in leasing warehouse units. Our units range from 1088 to 6000 square feet and are located in Gardena and Hawthorne. This position is commission-based only. We pay standard commission rates (6%) on full term and value of the lease. Average lease value is about $36,000. Top lease value: $250,000. We already list the properties ourselves and thus, do not need a listing agent.
