Hello,

My name is James and I’m an independent real estate investor in the greater Los Angeles area looking to build, if you will, my buyer’s list. My key focus is to work out assignment of contracts for the properties I find but am open to other strategies as well. I do a lot of leg work to find good deals wherever I can and present those to my buyers as well, but I also want to work closely with wholesale buyers so that I can focus on properties that are of interest and benefit to them. My main goal is to be as efficient as possible with each and every deal, and along with that, as transparent as possible. I have a solid background in accounting and being organized, efficient, and ethical is very important to me.

I consider myself a professional and want to work with professionals. I am ambitious and I push the envelope as far as I can, and though I don’t make many promises, I do promise to work as fast and efficiently as possible to create healthy profits for myself and my buyers as well. I really don’t mind working with real estate investment companies and/or individual investors as long as they are willing and able to close and move fast.
