With this amazing new loan product anyone…ANYONE can invest in commercial real estate. Our lender does not look at your credit. They use the property as leverage they are more concerned with the equity than you. If the equity is more than 30%(based on appraised price or BPO NOT LIST) NO DOWN PAYMENT …You can literally flip commercial no money down or by and hold. At least 30% equity in property for there to be no down payment
* Require BPO or Appraisal on each property
* Minimum of 100K and no max on loan amounts
* $695 closing costs required upon approval (can be rolled into loan if full docs are provided)
* On loans over $1 million Lender may ask for LOE (letter of explanation, basically what you intend to do with the property this can be short and general)
