Harmony & Nutbrown are two special bunnies: they are both "legally blind." Nutbrown has cataracts from when he was a baby and Harmony had her eye removed. They are e-c bunnies, which means they were exposed to e-cuniculi, a protozoan parasite. It could cause trouble again but in the past two years, both rabbits have been happy and healthy house buns in their foster home. These two are wonderful rabbits in the home and low-maintenance compared to some bunnies. They are on carpeting in their foster home and rarely dig (just once in awhile in the corners) or chew, and they are very good with their box. On the shy side, they nevertheless learn to love people in time, and come running up for hay or greens. Nutbrown will nose-bonk you if you are in 'his' territory, then speed off; Harmony prefers to stay in the background.
