This is a Yamaha power adapter for a variety of Yamaha synthesizers and mixers. The PA-M10 and PA-M20 are different models of the same power rating and plug type, this one happens to be a PA-M10. This power supply is rated 14v 800mA output with a 5.5mm plug.
