VOLUNTEER INTERN NEEDED ASAP for

MUSIC MARKETING COMPANY


Well-known California Music Marketing Company Established in 1991,

Seeks Volunteer Intern 10 – 20 hours per week

There is a possibility this could become a paid position in the very near future –

for now, it is strictly Volunteer – No pay.



The Company markets CD’s & Downloads for Record Labels, and markets CD's to retail record stores
***Very lo key, relaxed environment***


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Online Research

Composing correspondence
Blogging
Database Management

Packing and Addressing Mail Telephone Marketing Generating (typing) Reports
Some Errands


CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Drive to learn and understand the inner workings of the Music Business

- Typing skills – at least 40 w.p.m. (the faster the better)

- Own Auto Transportation

- Good Phone Etiquette (previous phone work experience preferred, but not required)
