We are currently looking for field technicians to provide on-site service and support for LCD/Plasma TV’s, Desktop PC’s, and Laptop PC’s. Job Requirements: Applicant must be self motivated and dependable. Job requires interaction with customers to set up appointments and communicate issues while onsite. Good command of the English language both written and verbal. Experience with PC’s and/or Plasma/LCD Repair and Installation. Excellent Trouble Shooting skills to isolate and diagnose common hardware problems. Experience in technical procedures. Proficient at using industry standard tools and test equipment. Current equipment manufacturer certification a plus. Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards and time schedules. Must have clear driving record and reliable transportation and be willing to travel as required to customer locations. Ability to lift and/or move Plasma/LCD equipment A background check will be performed on all candidates. Drug testing and security clearance may be required.
