What you will need:


- Mix of Business Intelligence Tools (ETL, Business Objects, Informatica)

- Hard Science Background

- Familiarity with the domain of online advertising, ad serving and targeting.

- Understanding of system integration and performance analysis.

- Knowledge of phase deliverables: documentation, reports, and product.

- Familiarity with structured analysis/design and object-oriented analysis/design.

- In-depth technical knowledge of Web application development (IE. LAMP, Relational Databases, LINUX, Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).)


What you will be doing:


- Create multiple concurrent research projects in various domains including large scale data mining, machine learning and natural language processing.

- Lead scientific research using a metrics-driven approach both in the support of current products and in the creation of next-generation offerings.

- Identify solution capability requirements; develop solutions and capabilities that conform fully to these requirements.

- Develop and maintain the technical competence of the development staff in key areas of strategic importance.
