Hi, Thank you for reading my post. Below is a photo of one of my clients who has gotten maximum results with my personal training programs. I train Chris 5 times a week for an hour in his home. His program consits of 3 days of high intensity cardio/resistance workouts and 2 days of swimming and aquatic exercise. He has lost 60 pounds in 6 months and has dropped his BMI (height to weight ratio) from 37 to 28 and is no longer obese.
