I Need a webpage designer who can do independent work and has credentials. Person must know how to create a paypal membership page with detailed profiles. Person also has to be familiar with embossing, rich user interfaces, PNG transparency, font replacement, modal boxes, facebook apps, and media blocks. You can be in college just as long as you have proof of previous work and remain committed to the project. This website needs to be up and running on the deadline set which will be decided upon revised predictions. You may have a team of two to improve work speed.
