Functions:
Perform moderately complex administrative duties
Answering 12 line phone system
Assisting with preparation of presentation materials; arranges meetings, conferences, and premise/telephone moves
Handle highly sensitive information
Orders supplies and perform other duties
Qualifications:
Requires Two to three years strong administrative support skills
Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to identify problems and resourcefulness
Must be proactive and make a cheerful and professional presentation
A quick thinker with the ability to work proactively and with urgency
Previous experience working within Corporate environments is a plus
