Senior Functional FSCD consultant

* Participate in and lead blue printing sessions

* Lead the team in discussions with client personnel

* Own specific work products for planning and delivery

* Work with minimum supervision

* Coach and mentor team on Functional aspects of SAP FSCD

* Act as subject matter expert for best practices in SAP Insurance implementations

* Provide thought leadership for development of testing approach and execution of unit and functional testing


Minimum qualifications

*At least 3 years of experience in SAP FSCD implementation (not entirely production support)
*Functional leadership experience (not management leadership)
*Minimum 1 Full Life Cycle implementations in FSCD
*Sound knowledge of business process as they pertain to Insurance domain
*Well versed with ASAP methodology

Desired/preferred qualifications

*Knowledge of other SAP modules
*Strong SAP FI experience ( Preferably more than 6-8 years )
*Experience with effort estimation
*Knowledge of/training in/experience with other SAP Insurance modules

*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Leadership skills
*Good team player
*Flair for learning new areas
