Our client is a very well-established, full-service law firm in the West Los Angeles area that is hoping to recruit top talent to drive continued growth in 2010. We have been asked to screen and present candidates with small but growing books of business who need a competitive edge and solid brand to take them to the next level.


The requirements are as follows:


- Portable business and well-developed business plan in Litigation, Corporate and/or Real Estate;


- Solid credentials and noteworthy law firm training/experience;


- A relationship builder who thinks creatively about how to bill his/her legal services competitively in a down economy;


- A team-oriented worker who is competitive but not cut-throat and who thinks and works less like a billable hours associate and more like a partner.


Salary depends on portables, experience and business plan, and will range from $0/high collection percentage (monthly) to draw plus percentage to base salary plus percentage.
