Job Description:
The Human Resources System Professional must have expertise in managing projects including system implementations, system design, report writing, data mining, and data clean up. Strengths include problem solving, organization and system analysis within emphasis on improving efficiency and productivity. This includes ADP Payroll, HR and timekeeping systems, and directing HR and bi-weekly payroll. This person will be responsible for HRIS and Payroll system upload and will ensure HRIS upgrades are maintained. Also manage and maintain employee database in PCPW; process/audit payroll timesheets via the EZ Labor system; and be involved in the quarterly state/government required reports related to payroll. This person will be involved with Benefits Administration including 401K, 125 Cafeteria Plan, Transit Checks. This person will assist with open enrollment, provide general benefits information to employees. Create and maintain all Human Resources reporting such as turnover analysis, FTE reports, cost per hire reports, headcount reports and job competency matrix, ad hoc reporting. Assist the SVP of HR analyzing compensation structure for the organization and develop effective and competitive compensation procedure, compensation analysis. Requirements: Excellent analytical skills, stability and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the discipline of Compensation; are required. Prior experience in banking industry is preferred. A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field is preferred.The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
