The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


* Preparing monthly and quarterly financials, including the P&L, variance report and cash flow statements.


* Preparing both short and long term budgets.


* Participate & be an active strategic partner who can provide a proactive stance to managing the finances of the company.


* Direct the financing and accounting functions of the company, including A/R, A/P and yearly financial audits.


* Provide operational, strategic, budget, planning, forecasting and profitability analysis and provide direction for senior management.


* Provide strategic leadership and procedures in the areas of accounting and finance to maintain accounting processes and controls and to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting.


* Responsible for financial planning and record-keeping and financial reporting to senior leadership team.


* Produce accurate, timely and usable financial reporting


* MBA or Masters in Finance or Accounting


* Minimum 5 years in a Senior Finance level position


* Experience establishing controls and accounting policies in a rapid growth environment.


* Possess a management and leadership style that empowers staff and peers.


* Proven decision-making skills.


* Clear understanding of complex financial concepts.
