Using my mamas recipe I make the best pecan candy ever! This recipe has been handed down through the generations and I have also altered the recipe using different nuts such as walnuts, soo good! Because of the overwhelming response we receive from family and friends to make candy even after the holidays, I decided why not make it to sell, to pay my mortgage as I too like many others am currently unemployed.
