Marketing Director/Manager - IVD Marketing Director/Manager - IVD - Skills Required - Marketing Manager, In-Vitro Diagnostics, Point of Care Testing, Over the Counter Products


We are an established biotech company with an immediate need for a dynamic Marketing Manager/Director with IVD experience.


The Marketing Director/Manager will design, implement and manage marketing campaigns, develop business strategies, and develop and manage assigned product portfolios.

What you need:


- 3+ years of marketing experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry

- Bachelors degree. MBA is a big plus.

- Experience with new product launches, market segmentation and branding.

- Experience with Point of Care Testing

- Over the Counter product experience

- Able to travel 60% of the time within U.S. and abroad

- Will consider candidates located in Orange County, CA or Edison, NJ area.


What you'll be doing:


- Establish and implement plans to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives in conjunction with sales and marketing management

- Support development effort for an improved lateral flow based immunodiagnostic assay format

- Develop marketing programs and campaigns

- Develop and implement tactical programs that serve to raise the awareness of our products

- Competitive intelligence

- Work with R&D, Sales and the Marketing team to launch new products

- Work with contract manufacturer

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and Marketing team to appropriately determine pricing strategies, levels while maintaining targeted profitability levels and business objectives.

- Actively promote brand identity as articulated in the marketing plan

- Working with distributors and managing business relationship with distributors
