For fastest response times, please fill out the online application and be as detailed as you can in your application.Roxie was adopted out of The Pasadena Humane Society. Her dad thought he could keep her and integrate her with his adopted Rottweiler mix. For awhile, things were a-okay. But as time passed, it became clear he could not keep her. ROXIE IS AMAZING. It is not her fault. His dog is not-so-good with other dogs. This became increasingly apparent as Roxie was in their home. Unfortunately, one day it escalated. The Rottie mix almost killed poor Roxie. It was awful.Roxie is healthy and happy now. Her current dad (the one who is trying to find a home for her) loves her and feels badly about having to give her up. But he wants her to go to a home that can love her and let her be with other dogs (she loves being part of the action). Currently, she has to be separated from his Rottie. He is afraid to walk them together too.Roxie loves everyone she meets. She has the most expressive eyes and she is wicked-smart. And with those ears, she has a great sense of hearing. We think she is a mix of German Shepherd Dog, a smooth-coated Coliie and a whole lot of cute. Look at her markings! She is gorgeous.A few more points to remember about Roxie Girl:She is 4 years old and am an eternal puppy. She gets along fine with other dogs and make friends pretty easy. She LOVES people, love to play and because is energetic. She like exercise and/or lots of space to play. Maybe you like to run too?Roxie is GREAT at dog parks and I am a good guard dog too. She will bark and always let my owner know who’s around.Roxie may come off a bit overly excited when she first sees you, but that's just Roxie being friendly. She's a big lover! If you think you can give Roxie a home, please go to www.mollysmuttsandmeows.org and fill out that application. Thank you for making adoption the first option for mutts like Roxie.
