Poor Lucas came into the shelter practically starved to death and with pneumonia. The first person who adopted him out didn't do such a good job and the woman's who had him son must have kicked him. So he has issues, but who doesn't and he's a Chihuahua and don't most of them, anyhow. What it comes down to is that he is loving and he needs a person who can be both firm and loving with him.
