What you need for this position:


* Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering

* 10+ years of HVAC design engineering experience in institutional, commercial and retail type projects, preferably in CA

* LEED accreditation

* California PE license

* Title 24 experience


What you will be doing:


* Responsible for the design of entire HVAC systems as well as construction observation

* Manage all aspects of a project, client/architectural coordination and correspondence, field work, as needed

* Manage multi-discipline projects including LEED Certified projects as well as interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, and contractors
