The 6 Month Ultimate Acting Program:
All you have to do is ask yourself one question: how bad do you want to become an actor? If the answer is "badder than bad" then you've found the right place.

This program is designed to help you in three ways:

1) Develop Your Acting Skills: In a class size of ONLY 16 - 18 students, you will gain first hand information by working with professional actors to learn your craft. You will have class Monday through Friday from 10am til 2pm. We will be bringing in people to help you with: scene study, improvisation, voice, movement, camera technique, audition technique - even editing!

2) Focus on Business and Networking: How does an actor actually make money? How do you know if you should sign that contract? What's the best way to find out about auditions? What's the difference between a manager and an agent? What percentage should they be paid? What is SAG and AFTRA and how do they differ? How does one become union? What should you ask for in a contract? Questions like these - and more - will be one of your main topics of study in this program!

3) Prepare Your Tools: Participate in two rounds of headshots (for free!). Acquire footage for your demo reel as you act in a handful of scenes, one short film and one feature length film all within 6 months! Learn the basics of editing so you don't have to wait on someone else to put your demo reel together. Make a professional and solid resume - after this program you will be able to fill it with the projects you've worked on here. Discuss business cards. Understand a voice-over reel?

The final week of class will consist of a screening for the short film that you were in and also a showcase where you will be able to meet agents and managers!

The Hollywood Film & Acting Academy is a very progressive Academy. It is a rare occasion that someone could come to Hollywood and be cast in a feature length film within their first 6 months. That is one of the major things that sets this program apart from everywhere else in this town.
