Maine Coon - Small - Adult - Female - Cat - Peggy
Description
DOB: August 2002Peggy is a 'tripod' kitty that was rescued from a feral colony at a McDonalds parking lot. We don't know if her missing leg was due to an injury or was something she was born with. She gets around just fine but isn't well suited to life on the streets. We believe at one point, Peggy did have a home. She has a sweet disposition and will purr if you pet her, but she is extremely shy and will generally not allow herself to be touched unless one approaches very slowly. She is quite charming despite her shyness and enjoys watching the household activities from a safe perch. She has a playful streak and LOVES other cats as long as they are mild mannered and won't chase or bully her. Unfortuantely, she also has occasional litterbox issues, but generally does fine in a quiet stable environment. Peggy needs a patient guardian set up to provide a safe home or enclosed yard for a special needs cats like herself.
