DOB: 4/27/2009Frankie is a handsome Bombay mix.  He was rescued from under a dumpster in Reseda.  Poor guy was starving.  Frankie is a gentle little lover boy.  He likes to be petted and held - and purrs and purrs.  He likes to play with his foster kitty friends and his toys.    This wonderful boy is still just a baby, so he needs a feline friend/playmate.
