looking for a contractor. building, electrical, plumbing what ever ask to see there license. you can check it and see if it's active or even real. and who it belongs to at cslb.ca.gov or call 800-321-2752 if it's not active or unlicense contractor don't use them. when you find some one your ok with know by law they can only ask for 10% or $1000 what ever is less to start the job. remamber you get what you pay for.
