POSITION SUMMARY: INTRODUCED, SOLD & INSTALLED! That's how we define a successful sale! The On-premise Sales Representative demonstrates Motley Bird’s and Puriste significant value and quality proposition vs. other products to the client, closes the sale, and follows through until our products gets “hooked-up” or installed on the premises. A sale is complete only upon installation. The successful representative continues to execute bar promotions to reinforce and ensure brand awareness and account support. The On-premise Sales Representative drives our revenue success and their personal prosperity by maximizing and maintaining installations throughout their sales territory. (SOCAL)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Prospect and secure appointments to introduce Motley bird and Puriste to new accounts.
· Demonstrate the value and quality of our product over other products (incredibly premium, efficient, profitable, …)
· Obtain a signed purchase order for the delivery department.
· Deliver outstanding service to our account during the installation cycle, including an account analysis as a preparation for the installation. Make sure the new client understands how and when the installation process will be handled.
· Co-ordinate the purchase order process with the distributor, as well as the appointment to get the first order of our products at the client's premises.
· FOLLOW-UP and FOLLOW-TROUGH to make sure your accounts are satisfied with our product and service, that they are well stocked and re-ordering regularly, and that our premium products maintains high brand awareness and support from the account.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 2 years of on-premise beverage or food sales experience
· Knowledge of the local market and developed account relationships
· High energy, integrity, and enthusiasm; outgoing and friendly
· Aggressive, dependable, imaginative, and self-generating
· Current driver’s license, good driving record and own car.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and self-management skills
· Basic computer knowledge including use of Excel and Internet – own Laptop
· Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
