CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES P/T AND F/T

We are a 25 year old company that has a health-products line (weight loss, energy, nutritional products).

 

If you have Customer Service experience and find it easy and comfortable to speak with people over the telephone, we are interested in you. You will learn about our products and how they work so that you can sell the correct product  and then assist your customers, making certain that they are happy and getting great results! The information is not complicated, but does require knowledge and understanding of the customer's needs.

You will be comfortable with your own pace as we do not use Automated- Phone-Dialers. There is NO cold-calling. The only calls you will be making will be to people that are already customers,or people that call in for "dosage customization" or have already contacted us for information.

Also, if you WANT more diversity, you will have two additional opportunities!!#1) you will have the ability to sell and make commissions...and #2) You will also have the ability to grow your internet knowledge should you desire to learn about our expanding website business you will have the opportunity to be trained in simple website building! The decision is yours!

This job is a winner! We are looking for two people that consider themselves self-starters with the kind of enthusiasm that can be heard over the phone!! A "happy" Customer Service person makes the customers happy too!!

Transportation is needed to get to our office as the bus line does not run close to our location. We are in West Los Angeles above U.C.L.A..
