We are in the Old Town section of Pasadena. Most positions are in our office, but we will consider telecommuting in very special circumstances.

Product Manager/Producer

Are you passionate about creating great products that help people? Are you driven by making things work better, easier, faster, and more effective?   Do you have creative energy? Are you solution oriented and ooze a can do attitude?  Do want to work as part of a great team? Do you want to help define the culture of a company?

You will be the first and primary product person, or producer of iChange working along side Internet veterans, and part of a dynamic product team committed to pioneering an entirely new category of user generated content. We strive to make iChange useful as an everyday tool to improve lives. You will coordinate closely with engineering on new products, as well as enhance existing products. You will be responsible for making the product into a great, useful application.

You will create processes that lead to insightful product ideation and initiatives.  You will manage these projects through launch and successful adoption.  You will define the success factors and key metrics.  You will track and monitor the products to ensure the value proposition to both the end user and iChange are met.

Requirements:

BA/BS
Internet product design and product management experience.
An intuitive, experienced sense for user needs.  A demonstrated ability in gathering design requirements into a product vision.
Demonstrated ability to work with a team to produce small cycle times for prototypes and Iterations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Quantitative product and reporting abilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent personal computer skills.
Understanding of the Internet space, and user behavior
