This is for 3-4 nights per week; varies every week. Supervise intelligent, but LAZY 11 y/o with homework and chores. Drive to school 7:20-7:45 school days, 8:00 summer camps/school. Be home by 6-6:15pm "hand off"--Chores, etc--review. Furnished bedroom, utilities included, washing machine and clothesline. Street parking, 5 miles from school. You provide your own food (space in fridge and pantry), telephone, TV and computer. Kitchen and house privileges but you do have a nice chair to relax in if you want to stay in your room. Do need interaction with child. No drinking, smoking or significant others at the house. Female preferred. We do have a cat and new puppy.
