I am a 25 year old male looking for a place (neat and furnished) for 3 months. As far as the furnishings, I am okay with basics).
I am a grad student at USC and need a place from the beginning of August till the end of October. Decent, clean and down to earth guy (perhaps best way is to meet in person - which I am happy to).
