Wanted: Need of a third roommate

My roommate and I are looking for a third girl roommate. The third roommate that we've had will be leaving us by June 1st. So we need someone who can move in by June 4th. We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and easy to get along with. Our rent is $700 a month, not including electricity,gas, & cable. But you will also need to put down a direct deposit of $650. Our place is like a townhome, upstairs & downstairs and it's pretty spacious inside. We are located in Valley Village off of Magnolia St. and in a quiet, nice neighborhood.
