I run a small business selling luxury goods and would like to buy your rights to your eBay account because I want to get a headstart on selling on eBay. I need an account with over 200 feedback and with a 98% rating. I will pay $1 per feedback or $650 max. It must be active within the last 60 days and it must be over 1 year old. We can meet in person and exchange cash and the account info at an internet cafe (obviously you'd delete all your info from the account including any billing info).

I only need one account and to be clear, I want to pay you for the outright rights to use the account (you will no longer have access to it).
